It features an aggressive, asymmetrical RS-12 profile designed to maximize muffler volume, manage sound, add power, and provide additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

The system includes precision-machined joints, a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays, and a tapered muffler body inlet design. Its carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. The system also incorporates Yoshimura's patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.
