The Yoshimura RS-12 System SS/AL/CF is a dirt bike exhaust system developed through more than three years of development and testing. The system features an aggressive, asymmetrical RS-12 muffler profile designed to maximize muffler volume, manage sound, add power and provide additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

Finished with a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap and detailed decal inlays, the RS-12 combines functional design with a distinctive appearance. Precision machined joints and a tapered muffler body inlet contribute to the system’s engineered construction, while the carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry.
