Yoshimura RS-12 Slip-On with Spark Arrestor, 262542S320, KTM/Husqvarna

After over three years in development and testing we are pleased to announce the RS-12 is here! With the help of incredibly talented factory sponsored athletes, technicians, devoted engineers and a will to raise the bar, our RS-12 has now arrived. We considered all the details when it came to the RS-12. One look and you can see it's like nothing else on the market. As you get closer you will notice the details in every place on our new dirt bike system, from the matte carbon fiber end cap with decal inlays to the precise machined joints, this system is next level.

The Yoshimura RS-12 slip-on dirt bike exhaust system, model RS-12 and manufacturer part number 262542S320, is designed for select 2023 KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles. Its aggressive, asymmetrical profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides increased clearance for the tire and brake caliper. The system features a matte carbon fiber end cap with decal inlays, precise machined joints and a tapered muffler body inlet design.

The RS-12 includes a new patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring. Its carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. This Yoshimura exhaust fits the 2023 Husqvarna FC 250, FC 350, FX 350 and FX 450, as well as the 2023 KTM 250 SX-F, 350 SX-F, 450 SX-F, 250 XC-F, 350 XC-F and 450 XC-F. Vendor part number: 262542S320.
