Developed through more than three years of development and testing, the RS-12 features an aggressive, asymmetrical profile that maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power, and provides increased clearance for the tire and brake caliper. Its tapered muffler body inlet design and precision-machined joints contribute to the system’s carefully engineered construction.

The system includes a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays. Its carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich-mounting designs commonly used in the industry. A patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring completes the RS-12 design. Fitment includes 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Suzuki RM-Z450 models.
