The Yoshimura RS-12 exhaust system is designed for the 2025 Honda CRF450R and 2025 Honda CRF450RX. Developed and tested for more than three years with factory-sponsored athletes, technicians, and engineers, the RS-12 combines a distinctive design with functional details intended for dirt bike performance.

Its aggressive, asymmetrical muffler profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power, and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper. Precision machined joints and a tapered muffler body inlet contribute to the system’s carefully engineered construction. The system also features a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays.

The carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich-mounting designs commonly used in the industry. A patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring completes the RS-12 design. Manufacturer part number 225860S520 and vendor part number 225860S520.
