Developed and tested over more than three years with factory-sponsored athletes, technicians, and engineers, the RS-12 features an aggressive asymmetrical profile. Its design maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power, and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

The system incorporates precision-machined joints, a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays, and a tapered muffler body inlet. Its new carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. The RS-12 also features a patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.
