The Yoshimura RS-12 system is a dirt bike exhaust system developed and tested over three years with factory-sponsored athletes, technicians, and engineers. Its aggressive, asymmetrical RS-12 profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power, and provides increased clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

The system features precision-machined joints, a tapered muffler-body inlet design, and a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays. Its carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. The new patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring completes the RS-12 system design.
