The Yoshimura RS-12 Signature Series Exhaust System, model RS-12, features a stainless steel and matte carbon fiber construction with an aggressive, asymmetrical muffler profile. Designed for the 2020–2026 Suzuki RM-Z250, the system maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

The RS-12 uses precision-machined joints and a tapered muffler body inlet design. Its works-look matte carbon fiber end cap includes detailed decal inlays and is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly found in the industry. A patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring completes the system.
