The Yoshimura RS-12 exhaust system is designed for the 2026 Yamaha YZ450F. Developed and tested over more than three years, this dirt bike system combines an aggressive asymmetrical muffler profile with precision-machined joints and a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap.

The asymmetrical RS-12 profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper. Its tapered muffler body inlet design and patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring contribute to the system’s carefully engineered construction.

The Yoshimura RS-12 features a new carbon fiber cap designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly found in the industry. This product has a manufacturer part number and vendor part number of 234852S320. Fitment: 2026 Yamaha YZ450F.
