The Yoshimura RS-12 exhaust system is designed for the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Triumph TF250X. Developed through more than three years of development and testing, the RS-12 features an aggressive, asymmetrical profile that maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power, and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

This dirt bike exhaust system features precision-machined joints, a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays, and a tapered muffler body inlet design. The carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. The system also includes a patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.
