The Yoshimura RS-12 dirt bike exhaust system is designed for select Kawasaki KX250F and KX250X models. Developed and tested for more than three years, the RS-12 reflects Yoshimura’s focus on detailed construction, performance-oriented design and practical service access. Its aggressive asymmetrical muffler profile maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

The system features precision-machined joints, a tapered muffler body inlet design and a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with detailed decal inlays. The carbon fiber cap is designed to ease servicing compared with sandwich mounting designs commonly used in the industry. It also incorporates a patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.
