Developed and tested for dirt bike applications, the RS-12 features an aggressive asymmetrical muffler profile that maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper. Its tapered muffler body inlet design contributes to the system’s purpose-built configuration.

Detailed construction includes precision-machined joints, a works-look matte carbon fiber end cap with decal inlays and a carbon fiber cap designed to ease servicing compared with other sandwich mounting designs commonly found in the industry. The system also uses a patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.
