The Yoshimura RS-12 slip-on exhaust system, model 123412S520, is designed for select Honda CRF300L and CRF300L Rally motorcycles. Developed and tested over more than three years, the RS-12 features an aggressive asymmetrical profile that maximizes muffler volume, manages sound, adds power and provides additional clearance for the tire and brake caliper.

This system uses precision-machined joints and a tapered muffler body inlet design. Its works-look matte carbon fiber end cap includes intricate decal inlays and is designed to ease servicing compared with commonly used sandwich mounting designs. The system also incorporates a patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring.

Fitment includes the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Honda CRF300L, as well as the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Honda CRF300L Rally. Manufacturer and vendor part number: 123412S520.
