WORKS Axle Blocks Elite KTM/Hus 17-450

Consisting of a pair of CNC’d Elite axle blocks, a titanium drive-side receiver and a square removal tool nut, the Elite Axle Block Kit converts your stock Off-Road or Dual Sport model’s rear axle from a fixed design into a floating type. Factory teams use this same floating type design on their race team bikes to improve traction as well as straight line stability and now those same benefits are available from this kit. Another key component is the integrated receiver post on each axle block that allows the use of a caliper to precisely measure and match the left and right axle block’s position. This assures exact alignment of the chain and sprocket so critical to prolonging chain and sprocket life.

The WORKS Axle Blocks Elite KTM/Hus, manufacturer part number 17-450 and vendor part number 66-17450, converts the stock rear axle on select KTM Off-Road and Husqvarna Dual Sport models from a fixed design to a floating type. The floating axle design is intended to improve traction and straight-line stability. The kit consists of a pair of CNC-machined Elite axle blocks, a titanium drive-side receiver, and a square removal tool nut.

Each axle block features an integrated caliper receiver post for precise measurement and matching of the left and right axle block positions. This helps maintain accurate chain and sprocket alignment, which can help prolong chain and sprocket life. The ultra-slim blocks are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, manufactured with tighter tolerances than O.E.M. parts, and feature a reversible design to help keep axle adjustment bolts within their service range. Laser-engraved “WC” logos and anodized color options in blue, red, black, green, or silver (raw) complete the design. Made in the USA.

Fitment includes 2015–2016 Husqvarna FE 350S, 2015–2016 Husqvarna FE 501S, 2017 Husqvarna TE 150, and 2012–2016 KTM 350 EXC-F models.
