The Wiseco K2800 Black Edition piston kit is designed for Harley-Davidson performance builds requiring a 4.060-inch bore and an 11:1 compression ratio. This forged piston kit is engineered for durability in high-load, high-cylinder-pressure, and high-heat environments, making it suitable for performance applications ranging from naturally aspirated engines to builds using power adders.

ArmorFit skirt coating helps reduce engine noise and friction while allowing the forged piston to be installed at tighter clearance. During normal operation, the coating conforms to the cylinder bore to support consistent performance with less clearance guesswork. ArmorX coating is applied to the piston crown, ring grooves, and pin bore using Wiseco’s proprietary electrochemical process and materials, increasing resistance to heat- and detonation-related wear and damage while helping resist ring microwelding.

The kit includes ring packs, wrist pins, and circlips. The piston is engineered, forged, and machined in the USA in Mentor, Ohio.
