The VORTEX Gas Cap V3 Black Kawasaki, model GC440K, is a CNC-machined fuel tank cap with a black anodized finish and silver safety lock switch. Its coarse-thread design enables quick closure while helping prevent cross-threading, and large contoured finger tabs provide easier opening than the classic Vortex design.
The integrated dual check valve assembly helps eliminate fuel tank pressure issues. A vent and chamber design helps contain fuel that passes the check valve to help stop leaks. The safety lock switch helps prevent accidental cap loosening caused by vibration or contact. The cap is up to 55% lighter than stock keyed fuel tank caps.
The interchangeable colored safety lock switch allows customization to match the bike. Manufacturer and vendor part number: GC440K. Fitment: Kawasaki applications, as indicated by the model name; specific vehicle fitment details were not provided.
