Vance & Hines 47321-22 17-23 HD Touring 2-1 Hi-Output PCX Exhaust System, Black

Inspired by the Vance & Hines Race Team competing in the King of the Baggers MotoAmerica Road Racing Championships, the Hi-Output RR captures every pulse-quickening element of our racing exhaust system into one you can put on your Milwaukee-Eight bagger, and is now also available for sale in California under CARB E.O. #K-006-4. Constructed of high grade 304 stainless steel, the hand TIG welded headers of the Hi-Output RR step from 1.75 in. to 1.875 in. to 2.0 in. and feed into the same oversized collector used on the race system. The collector is even rotated to add extra ground clearance to enable steeper lean angles through the turns.Finishing off the system is our mid-length 4 in. Hi-Output megaphone emblazoned with the same double-layered laser-cut riveted badge from the race system.

The Vance & Hines Hi-Output RR PCX Exhaust System, model 47321-22, brings race-inspired exhaust design to Milwaukee-Eight Harley-Davidson baggers. Developed from the Vance & Hines race system used in the King of the Baggers MotoAmerica Road Racing Championships, it features a mid-length 4-inch Hi-Output megaphone with a double-layered, laser-cut, riveted badge.

Constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the hand TIG-welded headers step from 1.75 inches to 1.875 inches and then to 2.0 inches before feeding into an oversized collector. The collector is rotated to provide additional ground clearance for steeper lean angles through turns. PCX™ Power Chamber Exhaust technology and a chambered high-flow catalyst cartridge are designed to increase torque.

This black exhaust system fits 2017–2023 Harley-Davidson HD Touring applications with standard, non-stretched saddlebags.
