The Twin Air Replacement Pre-Oiled Air Filter for PowerFlow Kit is designed to provide dependable engine protection and efficient airflow for select KTM and Husqvarna off-road motorcycles. Part number 154225X features a dual-layer, open-pore foam construction that helps prevent airborne dirt, grime, and sand from reaching the engine while supporting consistent performance in demanding riding conditions.
The coarse outer foam captures larger contaminants, while the fine inner foam serves as a second filtration layer for smaller particles. Twin Air pre-oils each filter with biodegradable foam filter oil developed exclusively for Twin Air by Chevron Texaco. The adhesive is engineered to withstand repeated cleaning, helping extend filter service life. Its PowerFlow-specific design is smaller than the stock filter to increase air space and circulation around the filter.
Designed for use with the Twin Air PowerFlow Kit, this replacement filter provides a direct-fit service solution for compatible motorcycles. It fits the 2023 Husqvarna TC 125, 2023 Husqvarna TC 250, 2023 KTM 125 SX, 2023 KTM 250 SX, 2023 KTM 300 SX, 2023 KTM 250 XC, 2023 KTM 125 XC, 2023 Husqvarna TX 300i, 2024 KTM 300 SX, and 2024 KTM 125 SX.
