The Twin Air Replacement Air Filter for PowerFlow Kit is designed to provide dependable engine protection and improved airflow for select KTM youth off-road motorcycles. Manufacturer part number 154520N, this greaseless sealing ring and foam filter assembly creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket. Its design supports increased air passage without compromising filtration performance.
The filter uses a coarse open-pore foam outer layer to capture airborne dirt, grime, and sand before they reach the inner element. A fine open-pore inner foam layer provides a second stage of filtration for smaller particles while maintaining efficient airflow. Twin Air formulates the adhesive to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline, helping the filter remain serviceable through regular maintenance.
Compared with the stock filter, the Twin Air element is slightly smaller to increase air space and circulation around the filter. This replacement filter is intended for use with the Twin Air PowerFlow kit and is engineered for a secure, practical fit on compatible KTM models. It fits the 2009–2017 KTM 65 SX and the 2009 KTM 65 XC.
