Twin Air Radiator Sleeve 177759SL493 for 2023 Husqvarna and KTM Models

Twin Air is proud to announce our latest product, the Twin Air Radiator Sleeve. This new product is a nylon coated, glass yarn material that fits over the radiator louvers so no dirt, sand, or mud can stick to the radiator, clogging the radiator, causing overheating. The Twin Air Radiator Sleeve is easily installed by removing the plastic radiator louvers and sliding the Twin Air Sleeve over the louvers and re-installing on the radiator.

Protect your motorcycle’s radiator from dirt, sand, and mud with the Twin Air Radiator Sleeve, manufacturer part number 177759SL493. Designed to fit over the radiator louvers, this sleeve helps prevent debris from collecting on the radiator and restricting airflow, reducing the risk of clogging and overheating during motocross, off-road, and trail riding.

Constructed from durable nylon-coated glass yarn material, the Twin Air Radiator Sleeve provides a protective barrier while maintaining the function of the radiator louvers. Installation is straightforward: remove the plastic radiator louvers, slide the sleeve over the louvers, and reinstall the louvers on the radiator. Its application-specific design provides a secure fit for compatible 2023 Husqvarna and KTM motorcycles.
