The Twin Air Pre-Oiled Air Filter, manufacturer part number 152020X and vendor part number 715-2020X, is designed to provide dependable engine protection for select Yamaha YZ65 models. This replacement foam air filter is pre-oiled with Twin Air biodegradable foam filter oil, developed exclusively for Twin Air by Chevron Texaco. The oil has been independently tested by a leading engineering laboratory in Germany and is formulated to deliver effective filtration while supporting strong airflow.
The filter uses a dual-layer foam construction to capture contaminants before they reach the engine. Coarse open-pore outer foam helps catch airborne dirt, grime, and sand, while the fine open-pore inner foam traps smaller particles without unnecessarily restricting air passage. Durable adhesive helps the foam layers withstand repeated cleaning, making this filter a practical choice for regular maintenance and off-road riding conditions. Its compact design provides additional air space and circulation around the filter compared with the stock configuration.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement, the Twin Air filter fits 2018–2026 Yamaha YZ65 motorcycles. It is well suited for riders who need reliable intake protection and consistent airflow in dusty, sandy, or muddy environments. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning and re-oiling procedures to maintain filtration performance and extend service life.
