The TWIN AIR Pre-Oiled Air Filter, model 150226X, is designed for the listed Honda CRF models and comes pre-oiled with TWIN AIR biodegradable foam filter oil. The oil was developed exclusively for TWIN AIR by Chevron Texaco. The manufacturer part number is 150226X, and the vendor part number is 715-0226X.
This dual-layer foam air filter uses coarse open-pore foam to capture airborne dirt, grime and sand. A fine open-pore inner foam layer provides a second filtration stage to trap smaller particles while maintaining air passage. The adhesive is designed to withstand repeated cleaning, and the filter is smaller than stock to increase air space and circulation around the filter.
Fitment includes the 2019 Honda CRF450X and CRF450L; 2020 Honda CRF450L and CRF450X; 2021 Honda CRF450X, CRF450L and CRF450RL; 2022 Honda CRF450RL and CRF450X; and 2023 Honda CRF450X.
