The kit includes a rigid, lightweight, billet aluminum cage with a special backfire-resistant layer of foam laminated to the inside of the filter.

The Twin Air PowerFlow Kit, manufacturer part number 150231C and vendor part number 715-0231C, is designed to improve airbox sealing and airflow on select Honda motocross and off-road motorcycles. This complete kit replaces the original plastic filter cage and, on compatible four-stroke models, the restrictive stock backfire screen. The rigid cage provides a stable mounting surface and helps maintain consistent filter positioning during demanding riding conditions. Twin Air’s PowerFlow design is intended for riders seeking dependable filtration support, improved airbox fit, and a durable replacement for the stock cage assembly.

Fitment includes the 2021 Honda CRF450R, CRF450R W.E., and CRF450RX; 2022 Honda CRF250R, CRF450R, CRF450R W.E., and CRF450RX; and 2023 Honda CRF450R, CRF450R W.E., and CRF450RX.
