The Twin Air Fire Resistant Air Filter is designed to provide dependable engine air filtration and improved airflow for select Arctic Cat ATV applications. Manufacturer part number 158265FR and vendor part number 158265FR identify this replacement filter for compatible 2003–2005 Arctic Cat 400 and 500 4x4 models, including Auto TBX and Auto TRV configurations. Verify the vehicle model and year before installation to ensure proper fitment.
The filter uses a thick, flat, greaseless sealing ring that creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket. Its coarse open-pore foam captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand, while the fine open-pore inner foam provides a second filtration stage for smaller particles without restricting air passage. The slightly smaller-than-stock design helps increase air space and circulation around the filter.
Feature: Exclusively formulated adhesive withstands repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline. The durable construction is intended for repeated service and dependable protection in demanding off-road environments. This Twin Air replacement air filter is a practical choice for maintaining clean intake air and consistent performance on compatible Arctic Cat 4x4 ATVs.
