The Twin Air Air Filter is designed for the 1987–1990 Suzuki LT500R Quadracer, providing dependable filtration and airflow for off-road riding conditions. Its thick, flat foam sealing ring creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket to support efficient air passage. The filter is manufactured by Twin Air and identified by manufacturer and vendor part number 153902.
A coarse open-pore foam layer captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand before they reach the engine. A fine open-pore inner foam layer provides a second stage of filtration for smaller particles while maintaining strong airflow. The filter is slightly smaller than the stock design to increase air space and circulation around the filter, helping promote consistent intake performance.
The exclusively formulated adhesive withstands repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline, helping extend service life when properly maintained. This Twin Air replacement air filter is a direct-fit filtration solution for 1987, 1988, 1989, and 1990 Suzuki LT500R Quadracer models.
