The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 154117 and vendor part number 154117, is designed to provide reliable engine protection and efficient airflow for select youth motocross motorcycles. Its thick, flat foam sealing ring creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket. The filter is slightly smaller than the stock design to increase air space and improve circulation around the filter element.
Coarse open-pore foam captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand before they can reach the engine. A fine open-pore inner layer provides a second stage of filtration, helping trap smaller particles while maintaining strong air passage for consistent performance. The specially formulated adhesive is engineered to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline, supporting dependable use through regular maintenance.
This Twin Air filter fits the 2018–2021 KTM 85 SX with 17/14 wheels, the 2018–2021 Husqvarna TC 85 with 17/14 wheels, and the 2021–2022 GasGas MC 85 with 19/16 wheels. Verify the motorcycle model, year, and wheel configuration before installation. The filter is intended as a direct-fit replacement for the compatible factory airbox application and should be properly serviced with air-filter cleaner and oil according to the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations.
