The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 152904, is designed for reliable air filtration and improved airflow on 2001–2005 Yamaha YFM660R Raptor models. Its thick, flat, greaseless sealing ring provides maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket, helping maintain effective sealing without restricting air passage.
The filter uses a coarse open-pore foam layer to capture airborne dirt, grime, and sand, while a fine open-pore inner foam layer traps smaller particles. This dual-layer construction helps protect the engine while supporting efficient airflow. The exclusively formulated adhesive is designed to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline, for dependable service over time.
Unlike the stock-style filter, the Twin Air filter is slightly smaller to create additional air space and improve circulation around the filter. This replacement air filter fits 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 Yamaha YFM660R Raptor models. Install according to the vehicle manufacturer’s service procedures and maintain the filter regularly for optimal filtration performance.
