The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 153511, is designed for dependable filtration and improved airflow in 2004–2009 Suzuki LT-Z250 QuadSport Z models. Its thick, flat foam sealing ring creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket. The filter is slightly smaller than the original equipment filter to promote additional air space and circulation around the filter element.
The dual-layer open-pore foam construction provides effective protection against airborne dirt, grime, sand, and fine particles. A coarse outer foam layer captures larger contaminants, while the fine inner foam layer serves as a secondary filtration stage without restricting necessary air passage. The greaseless sealing ring helps simplify installation and supports a secure fit within the airbox.
Twin Air uses an exclusively formulated adhesive that is designed to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline. This makes the 153511 filter suitable for riders who regularly operate in dusty, sandy, or demanding conditions and need a reusable filtration solution. Proper maintenance and cleaning should follow the filter manufacturer's recommendations to help preserve performance and service life.
