The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 151602 and vendor part number 715-1602, is designed for 1993–1996 Kawasaki KLR650 motorcycles. Its thick, flat foam sealing ring creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket to support efficient airflow. The greaseless design simplifies installation and helps maintain a clean, reliable seal around the filter.
Built with a dual-layer open-pore foam construction, this Twin Air filter provides progressive filtration for off-road and adventure riding conditions. The coarse outer foam captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand, while the fine inner foam helps trap smaller particles without unnecessarily restricting air passage. The filter is slightly smaller than the stock KLR650 filter to promote additional air space and improved circulation around the filter element.
The adhesive is specially formulated to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline when used according to proper service procedures. This reusable design makes the filter a practical replacement for riders who regularly maintain their Kawasaki KLR650. Confirm the motorcycle model and year before installation to ensure proper fitment.
Fitment: 1993 Kawasaki KLR650; 1994 Kawasaki KLR650; 1995 Kawasaki KLR650; 1996 Kawasaki KLR650.
