The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 151116, is designed for reliable off-road engine protection and consistent airflow. Its thick, flat foam sealing ring creates maximum contact with the airbox while functioning as a breathable gasket. The filter is slightly smaller than the stock design to provide additional air space and improve circulation around the filter element.
A coarse open-pore outer foam layer captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand before they reach the engine. A fine open-pore inner foam layer provides a second level of filtration for smaller particles while maintaining efficient air passage. The exclusively formulated adhesive is engineered to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline, helping support long-term use and dependable service.
This Twin Air model 151116 filter fits 2002–2007 Kawasaki KX250 motorcycles and 2002–2005 Kawasaki KX125 motorcycles. It is a direct-fit replacement air filter intended for riders who need durable filtration and proper airbox sealing in demanding riding conditions. Vendor part number: 151116.
