The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 150226 and vendor part number 715-0226, is designed for reliable engine air filtration on select Honda CRF450 motorcycles. Its dual-layer open-pore foam construction captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand while maintaining strong airflow for responsive engine performance. The filter is slightly smaller than the stock design to increase air space and circulation around the filter element.
Fitment: Fits 2019 Honda CRF450X, 2019–2020 Honda CRF450L, 2020–2021 Honda CRF450X, 2021 Honda CRF450RL, 2022–2023 Honda CRF450RL, and 2022 Honda CRF450X models. Confirm your motorcycle model and year before installation.
The thick, flat foam sealing ring provides broad contact with the airbox and functions as a breathable gasket to support increased air passage. Coarse outer foam captures larger contaminants, while fine inner foam helps trap smaller particles without unnecessarily restricting airflow. Twin Air’s specially formulated adhesive is built to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline, helping extend filter service life when properly maintained.
