The Twin Air Air Filter, manufacturer part number 150224 and vendor part number 715-0224, is designed to provide dependable engine air filtration for select Honda off-road motorcycles. Its dual-layer foam construction captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand while maintaining strong airflow for consistent engine performance. The filter is slightly smaller than the stock design to create additional air space and improve circulation around the filter element.
Coarse open-pore outer foam traps larger contaminants before they reach the fine open-pore inner layer. The inner foam captures smaller particles while allowing efficient air passage. A thick, flat, greaseless sealing ring helps maximize contact with the airbox and functions as a breathable gasket for a secure, effective seal.
The adhesive is exclusively formulated to withstand repeated cleaning, including cleaning with harsh solvents or gasoline when properly used according to service instructions. This makes the Twin Air filter a practical replacement for riders who regularly maintain their motorcycles in dusty, sandy, or muddy conditions. Fitment includes the 2017 Honda CRF450RX and CRF450R; 2018 Honda CRF450R, CRF450RX, and CRF250R; 2019 Honda CRF450R, CRF450RX, CRF250R, CRF450R W.E., and CRF250RX.
