The Twin Air Pre-Oiled Air Filter, model 154008X, is designed for select KTM and Husqvarna 50 SX applications. It is pre-oiled with Twin Air biodegradable foam filter oil, developed exclusively for Twin Air by Chevron Texaco. The filter features a coarse open-pore foam layer that catches airborne dirt, grime and sand before they reach the engine.
A fine open-pore inner foam layer provides a second stage of filtration to trap smaller particles while maintaining air passage. The adhesive is designed to withstand repeated cleaning, supporting continued use and maintenance. Its smaller-than-stock design increases air space and circulation around the filter.
