The Twin Air 154223 Replacement Air Filter is designed for PowerFlow kits used on select 2019 KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles. Its dual-stage foam construction provides dependable filtration while supporting strong airflow through the airbox. The filter is slightly smaller than the original equipment filter to create additional space around the element, helping promote improved air circulation.
The coarse open-pore outer foam captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand before they reach the finer inner layer. The fine open-pore foam provides a second stage of filtration for smaller particles while maintaining efficient air passage. A thick, flat, greaseless sealing ring creates broad contact with the airbox and functions as a breathable gasket for a secure, effective seal.
Twin Air uses an adhesive formulated to withstand repeated cleaning, including exposure to harsh solvents or gasoline. This reusable design is suited to off-road riding conditions where consistent filtration and serviceability are essential.
