The Twin Air 152609 Air Filter is designed for reliable engine protection and consistent airflow on select Yamaha youth ATV applications. Its dual-layer foam construction provides effective filtration while supporting the air volume required for responsive engine performance. The filter is slightly smaller than the original equipment filter to increase the surrounding air space and promote improved circulation inside the airbox.
The coarse, open-pore outer foam captures airborne dirt, grime, and sand before they reach the inner layer. A fine, open-pore inner foam provides a second stage of filtration for smaller particles while maintaining efficient air passage. The thick, flat foam sealing ring creates broad contact with the airbox and functions as a breathable gasket without requiring grease.
Twin Air uses an exclusively formulated adhesive that is designed to withstand repeated cleaning, including exposure to harsh solvents or gasoline when properly serviced. This construction helps extend filter service life for recreational riding, trail use, and other dusty operating conditions. The Twin Air 152609 filter fits 2004–2008 Yamaha YFM50R Raptor models, 2005–2008 Yamaha YFM80G Grizzly models, and the 2002 Yamaha YFM80R Raptor. Verify the model and year before installation.
