The TWIN AIR 152218X Pre-Oiled Air Filter is designed for select Yamaha YZ250F, YZ250FX, YZ450F and YZ450FX motorcycles. It is pre-oiled with TWIN AIR biodegradable foam filter oil, developed exclusively for TWIN AIR by Chevron Texaco.
The filter uses coarse open-pore foam to capture airborne dirt, grime and sand. A fine open-pore inner foam layer provides a second filtration stage to trap smaller particles while maintaining air passage. Its adhesive is designed to withstand repeated cleaning, and the filter is smaller than stock to increase air space and circulation around the filter.
Fitment includes 2015–2017 Yamaha YZ250FX, 2017 Yamaha YZ450FX, 2014–2017 Yamaha YZ250F and 2014–2015 Yamaha YZ450F. Manufacturer part number: 152218X. Vendor part number: 715-2218X.
