The SW-MOTECH TRAX ADV Aluminum Case System is a rugged, bike-specific luggage solution for the Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 model years 2022 through 2025. Finished in a durable black powder coat, the system includes one TRAX ADV M case and one TRAX ADV L case, providing 82 liters of combined storage for long-distance touring, daily travel, and off-road adventure. The left- and right-side cases are matched to the motorcycle’s rear profile and exhaust system for balanced clearance and a clean, integrated fit.
Built from 1.5-millimeter aluminum, each TRAX ADV case is designed to resist water, dust, abrasion, and oxidation. Robot-guided welding and self-piercing riveting help prevent moisture intrusion, while reinforced plastic corner caps add impact protection. The removable lids feature quick-release fasteners, four integrated tie-down points, and lid limiters for securing additional gear. Replaceable lid gaskets support long-term serviceability and dependable weather protection.
The included SW-MOTECH PRO Side Carrier is manufactured from 2.5-millimeter steel and shaped to sit close to the motorcycle while maintaining excellent stability. It mounts to the Triumph’s original attachment points and can be fully removed using the robust quick-release fasteners. The included adapter kit allows TRAX or NANUK side cases to attach to the PRO carrier, while the TRAX Lock Set provides anti-theft protection with nine matching locks and keys.
