The SW-MOTECH TRAX ADV Aluminum Case System is a bike-specific luggage solution for BMW F 650 GS, F 700 GS and F 800 GS models from 2008 through 2018. This silver case set includes one TRAX ADV M case and one TRAX ADV L case, providing 82 liters of combined storage for commuting, touring, off-road travel and extended adventures. The left- and right-side cases are matched to the motorcycle’s rear profile and exhaust system for a balanced, integrated fit.
Each case is constructed from durable 0.06-inch aluminum and protected with a black powder-coated finish that helps resist oxidation and abrasion while remaining easy to clean. Robot-guided welding and self-piercing riveting help maintain a watertight, dust-resistant enclosure. Large side chamfers improve ground clearance while cornering, and glass fiber-reinforced plastic corner caps provide additional protection against impact. The fully removable lids feature quick-release fasteners, integrated tie-down points and lid limiters for securing additional luggage such as a tent or accessory bag. Exchangeable lid gaskets support long-term serviceability.
The included PRO Side Carrier is manufactured from optimized, corrosion-protected steel and is designed to mount securely to the BMW’s original mounting points. Its close-to-bike profile and fully removable quick-release fasteners provide a clean installation and convenient removal when the luggage system is not needed. Functional mounting holes support accessories including the RotopaX system. Adapter kits attach the TRAX ADV cases to the PRO Side Carrier, while the TRAX Lock Set PRO includes nine matching locks and keys to help protect the cases and carrier components from theft.
