The SW-MOTECH TRAX ADV Aluminum Case System is a complete luggage solution for KTM Adventure 1050, 1090, 1190 and Super Adventure 1290 motorcycles from 2013 through 2020. Manufacturer part number KFT.04.333.70002/S includes one TRAX ADV Medium case, one TRAX ADV Large case, a vehicle-specific PRO Side Carrier, adapter hardware and a TRAX Lock Set with nine matching locks and keys. The silver aluminum cases provide 82 liters of combined storage and can be mounted on either side of the motorcycle for flexible touring and adventure-bike luggage configuration.
Each TRAX ADV case is constructed from durable 1.5-millimeter aluminum and protected with a black powder-coated finish that helps resist oxidation and abrasion while simplifying cleanup. Robot-guided welding and self-piercing riveting help prevent dust and water intrusion, while the removable lid, quick-release fasteners and replaceable lid gasket support convenient loading and long-term serviceability. Integrated tie-down points and lid limiters make it easier to secure additional luggage, such as a tent or accessory bag. Reinforced plastic corner caps and chamfered side profiles add protection and help preserve cornering clearance.
The included PRO Side Carrier uses an optimized shape and 0.10-inch steel construction for strength and a close-fitting profile. It installs at the motorcycle’s original mounting points and can be fully removed using robust quick-release fasteners. Functional mounting holes support accessories such as the RotopaX system, while corrosion protection helps the carrier withstand regular exposure to road and off-road conditions. The included adapter kit attaches TRAX or NANUK side cases to the PRO Side Carrier, and the TRAX Lock Set adds matching-key anti-theft protection for the case system.
Designed for KTM Adventure and Super Adventure models listed above, this SW-MOTECH system combines secure mounting, weather-resistant storage and practical access for commuting, touring, overland travel and off-road use.
