The SW-MOTECH TRAX ADV Aluminum Case System is a complete luggage solution designed specifically for the 2022-2025 Triumph Tiger 1200. This motorcycle-specific kit includes one TRAX ADV M case and one TRAX ADV L case, providing 82 liters of combined storage for off-road adventures, long-distance touring, commuting, and everyday cargo. The cases can be installed on either the left or right side and are matched to the motorcycle’s rear profile and exhaust system for a secure, balanced fit.
Each TRAX ADV case is constructed from durable 0.06-inch aluminum with a protective black powder-coated finish that resists oxidation and abrasion while remaining easy to clean. Robot-guided welding and self-piercing riveting help prevent dust and water intrusion, while a replaceable lid gasket supports long-term sealing performance. Fully removable lids use quick-release fasteners and include four integrated tie-down points for securing a tent, accessory bag, or other external load. Lid limiters add stability when carrying additional luggage on top of the cases, and reinforced plastic corner caps provide added protection during demanding use.
The included PRO Side Carrier is manufactured from optimized 0.10-inch steel for high strength and corrosion resistance. Its close-to-bike design provides a precise fit, while the robust quick-release fasteners allow the carrier to be removed completely when the luggage system is not needed. Functional mounting holes support accessories such as the RotopaX system, and installation uses the Triumph’s original mounting points. The adapter kit allows TRAX or NANUK side cases to attach to the SW-MOTECH PRO Side Carrier. A TRAX Lock Set with nine matching locks and keys is included to provide anti-theft protection for the cases and carrier system.
