The SW-Motech TRAX ADV Aluminum Case System is a bike-specific luggage solution for the Ducati DesertX 2022-2025. This complete black case system includes one TRAX ADV M case and one TRAX ADV L case, providing 82 liters of combined storage for off-road adventures, touring, commuting, and short trips. The case sizes and included PRO Side Carrier are matched to the motorcycle’s rear profile and exhaust system for a secure, balanced fit on either side of the bike.
Each TRAX ADV aluminum case is built from 1.5-millimeter aluminum and features a protective black powder-coated finish that helps resist oxidation and abrasion while remaining easy to clean. Robot-guided welding and self-piercing riveting help create a watertight, dust-resistant enclosure. Large side chamfers improve ground clearance during cornering, while glass fiber reinforced plastic corner caps add protection in demanding riding conditions. The fully removable lids use quick-release fasteners, four integrated tie-downs, and lid limiters for carrying additional gear such as a tent or accessory bag. Exchangeable lid gaskets support long-term serviceability.
The included PRO Side Carrier is made from optimized 2.5-millimeter steel for high strength, corrosion resistance, and a close-fitting installation. Newly developed quick-release fasteners allow the carrier to be removed completely, and the carrier’s functional mounting points are compatible with accessories such as the RotopaX system. The adapter kit enables TRAX or NANUK side case installation on either side of the PRO Side Carrier using the existing carrier holes.
