The SW-MOTECH TRAX ADV aluminum case system is designed specifically for the BMW S 1000 XR model years 2015 through 2019. This complete luggage solution includes two 45-liter TRAX ADV L side cases, a PRO Side Carrier, the required TRAX/NANUK adapter kit, and a TRAX PRO lock set. With 90 liters of combined storage, the system provides practical capacity for commuting, touring, road trips, and off-road travel while maintaining a secure, balanced fit around the motorcycle’s rear profile and exhaust system.
Each TRAX ADV case is constructed from durable aluminum with a protective finish designed to resist oxidation and abrasion. Robot-guided welding and self-piercing riveting help create a watertight, dust-resistant enclosure, while the replaceable lid gasket adds long-term serviceability. The fully removable lids use quick-release fasteners and include integrated tie-down points for securing additional gear. Lid limiters improve stability when loading the top of the cases, and reinforced plastic corner caps provide added protection during demanding rides. Large side chamfers help preserve cornering clearance.
The included SW-MOTECH PRO Side Carrier uses a robust steel construction and a motorcycle-specific shape for a close, secure fit. It attaches to the BMW’s original mounting points and can be completely removed using the quick-release fasteners. Functional mounting openings support accessories such as the RotopaX system. The included adapter kit mounts to the carrier’s existing holes and allows compatible TRAX or NANUK side cases to be installed. Nine matching locks provide anti-theft protection for the carriers and TRAX ADV or TRAX ION luggage.
