The SW-MOTECH TRAX ADV Aluminum Case System is a durable, bike-specific luggage solution designed for the BMW S 1000 XR model years 2019 through 2024. This complete silver case system includes two 37-liter TRAX ADV M aluminum side cases, a PRO Side Carrier, adapter hardware, and a TRAX Lock Set with nine matching locks and keys. The case size and carrier geometry are precisely matched to the motorcycle’s rear profile and exhaust system for a secure, balanced fit on road trips, daily rides, and off-road adventures.
Each TRAX ADV case features a 0.06-inch aluminum wall, robot-guided welds, and self-piercing rivets to help prevent water and dust intrusion. The oxidation- and abrasion-resistant surface is easy to clean, while reinforced plastic corner caps add protection in demanding conditions. A wide chamfered profile provides improved ground clearance during cornering. The fully removable lid uses a quick-release fastener, four integrated tie-down points, and lid limiters for carrying additional luggage such as a tent or accessory bag. Replaceable lid gaskets support long-term water resistance.
The PRO Side Carrier is manufactured from durable 0.10-inch steel and uses a motorcycle-specific shape to keep the cases close to the BMW S 1000 XR. It mounts to the motorcycle’s original mounting points, includes numerous functional openings for accessories such as the RotopaX system, and can be fully removed using robust quick-release fasteners. The included adapter kit attaches TRAX or NANUK side cases to the PRO carrier, while the TRAX Lock Set provides additional security against theft.
