The SW-Motech PRO Tank Ring provides a secure, bike-specific mounting solution for compatible PRO tank bags on Honda CB and NX motorcycles from 2018 through 2024. Designed for a precise fit around the tank neck, this adapter ring supports quick installation while keeping the tank bag elevated from the motorcycle’s paintwork. The tank lid remains accessible for convenient refueling without removing the mounting hardware.
The PRO Tank Ring uses SW-Motech’s QUICK-LOCK system with a magnetic Fidlock guidance aid. The magnets help position the bag, while the fiberglass-reinforced plastic locking mechanism holds it firmly in place during riding. The sliding top ring arrives pre-assembled on the tank bag with an integrated guide rail, eliminating the need to drill the bag. Once the preferred angle is established, the upper ring can be aligned and secured for a customized fit.
Installation is completed in a single step, and integrated pull straps allow the PRO tank bag to be released quickly when needed. The included hardware and bike-specific mounting piece simplify installation on the fuel tank. When transferring the tank bag to another compatible motorcycle, the upper ring position can be adjusted to suit the new application. This kit includes the tank ring, mounting piece, mounting instructions, and installation hardware. The SW-Motech PRO Tank Ring is not compatible with EVO tank bags.
