Part number TRT.00.787.20100/B uses a precision-engineered, fiberglass-reinforced plastic locking mechanism to keep the tank bag firmly attached during everyday riding and changing road conditions.
The included sliding top ring arrives pre-assembled on the tank bag’s guide rail, eliminating the need to drill the bag. Its position can be adjusted and tightened to achieve the correct alignment, making it possible to transfer the tank bag to another compatible motorcycle while maintaining a proper fit. Fidlock magnetic guidance helps position the bag and guides the QUICK-LOCK mechanism into place for fast, reliable attachment.
Installation is straightforward with the included bike-specific adapter ring, mounting piece, hardware, and instructions. The adapter mounts to the tank neck, allowing the fuel tank lid to open normally for convenient refueling. Pull straps provide quick removal with one movement, while the tank bag remains elevated from the painted tank surface to help protect the motorcycle’s finish. This PRO-series tank ring is designed for BMW F models from 2008–2018 and is not compatible with SW-MOTECH EVO tank bags.
