The SW-Motech PRO Side Carrier is a durable, precisely fitted luggage mounting system for select KTM motorcycles, including the 790 Adventure, 790 Adventure R, 890 Adventure, 890 Adventure R, and 890 SMT. Designed for installation on the motorcycle’s original mounting points, this carrier sits close to the bike for a secure, streamlined fit while supporting a wide range of compatible luggage solutions.
Constructed from 0.10-inch-thick steel, the carrier uses an optimized shape for strength and long-term durability. Newly developed quick-release fasteners make the carrier easy to remove when luggage racks are not needed. The fasteners can also be replaced with standard M8 hardware for permanent installation. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
The SW-Motech PRO Side Carrier accepts TRAX and AERO cases, as well as SysBags with adapter plates, including the SysBag 15, SysBag 30, and SysBag WP L. Functional mounting bores provide compatibility with the RotopaX system and other accessories. Separate adapter kits are available for Givi, Kappa, Krauser, and Shade cases. Adapter kits are required for SW-Motech and other manufacturers’ aluminum cases, AERO ABS side cases, and SysBags using adapter plates.
This left-and-right side carrier set is manufactured by SW-Motech under vendor part number KFT.04.521.30001/B. Confirm motorcycle model and luggage requirements before installation to ensure the appropriate adapter kit is selected.
