The SW-Motech Legend Gear Tank Strap System with LA3 Smartphone Bag provides a practical, retro-inspired luggage solution for compatible BMW motorcycles. The bike-specific Legend Gear tank strap is designed for secure attachment and precise alignment, creating a stable mounting point for select Legend Gear accessory bags while complementing the motorcycle’s classic styling. The system is compatible with Legend Gear LA1, LA2, LA3, and LA8 accessory bags.
Included with the system is the Legend Gear Smartphone Bag LA3, which accommodates smartphones with displays up to 5.5 inches. Its touch-screen-friendly construction allows convenient phone operation while riding, and the interior includes a banknote compartment and three credit card slots. A circumferential zipper helps secure contents, while the Napalon synthetic leather exterior and water-resistant polyurethane lining provide added protection for everyday use. The included T-Lock holder with MOLLE adapter offers a versatile connection point for compatible mounting arrangements.
The tank strap is made from Napalon synthetic leather and polyamide for a durable, period-correct appearance. An alternative mounting option for almost all steel fuel tanks is the compact Legend Gear LT1 tank bag, which attaches magnetically. This SW-Motech kit is supplied with the tank strap, LA3 Smartphone Bag, T-Lock holder, MOLLE adapter, and mounting instructions.
