The SW-Motech DUSC Hard Case System is a rugged, waterproof luggage solution designed for Yamaha XT motorcycles from 2010 through 2019. This complete side-case kit includes one 33-liter DUSC M case and one 41-liter DUSC L case, providing a combined 74 liters of practical storage for commuting, touring, and extended off-road travel. The case sizes and bike-specific carriers are shaped to follow the motorcycle’s tail and exhaust system for a clean, close-fitting installation.
Each DUSC case is constructed from structured, thermoformed 3 mm ABS plastic shells supported by an aluminum frame. Protective lid corners include integrated lashing points, while built-in carrying handles make the cases easier to transport away from the motorcycle. The co-locking closure system secures both the lid and the case to the carrier in a single movement, helping the luggage remain firmly attached during vibration, impacts, and demanding terrain.
The included PRO Side Carrier is manufactured from durable 2.5 mm steel and uses newly developed quick-release fasteners for convenient removal. The cases mount easily to the carrier and can also be used as top cases when paired with a compatible rack. Optional anti-theft protection is available, and the quick-release fasteners may be replaced with standard M8 hardware for permanent installation. Mounting hardware and instructions are included.
