The SW-Motech DUSC Hard Case System is a robust, waterproof luggage solution designed specifically for the Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 model years 2022–2024. This complete touring setup includes one DUSC M case with 33 liters of storage capacity and one DUSC L case with 41 liters, providing versatile space for commuting, touring, and extended off-road travel. The cases are shaped to complement the motorcycle’s tail section and exhaust system for a clean, well-balanced fit.
Each DUSC case mounts easily to the included SW-Motech PRO Side Carrier using dedicated mounting points and a secure locking system. The co-locking closure secures both the case lid and carrier connection with one movement, helping keep the luggage firmly in place during vibration, impacts, and demanding riding conditions. Integrated carrying handles make the cases convenient to transport when removed from the motorcycle, while protective lid-side corners include integrated lashing points for additional gear.
The cases feature structured, thermoformed 3 mm ABS plastic shells reinforced by aluminum frames for durability and weather resistance. The included PRO Side Carrier uses optimized 2.5 mm steel construction for strength and a close-fitting profile. Newly developed quick-release fasteners allow the carrier to be removed easily, while standard M8 hardware can be used for permanent installation.
