The SW-Motech DUSC Hard Case System is a rugged, waterproof luggage solution designed for the Triumph Tiger 1200 model years 2022 through 2023. This bike-specific system includes one 33-liter DUSC M case and one 41-liter DUSC L case, providing dependable storage for commuting, touring, and extended off-road travel. The cases are shaped to complement the motorcycle’s tail section and exhaust system while maintaining a close, balanced fit.
Each case features a thermoformed, structured 3 mm ABS plastic shell reinforced by an aluminum frame. Protective lid corners include integrated lashing points, while built-in carrying handles make the cases easier to transport away from the motorcycle. The co-locking closure system secures both the case lid and the carrier connection in a single movement, helping prevent accidental release. The cases remain securely positioned during vibration, impacts, and demanding terrain.
The included PRO Side Carrier is manufactured from durable 2.5 mm steel and engineered for a precise fit on the Triumph Tiger 1200. Newly developed quick-release fasteners allow the carriers to be removed efficiently, and the fasteners can be replaced with standard M8 hardware for permanent installation. Optional anti-theft protection is available separately. The DUSC cases can also be used as top cases when paired with a compatible rack. Mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.
